Job Summary:

Are you ready to kick-start your career in human resources and make a real difference? Join us as an HR Intern, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with the Head of Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development on key org level initiatives.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in Learning, Employee Engagement, DE&I and other organizational initiatives. You’ll also work on impactful projects driven by identified learning needs and leverage data analytics to inform our strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Experience: Be a vital part of our onboarding journey, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and ready to thrive from day one.
  • Ignite Learning Initiatives: Collaborate in the development of dynamic training programs and materials that address identified learning needs and inspire employee growth.
  • Conduct Data Analysis: Analyze data on employee attrition, representation, and other key metrics to identify trends and inform HR strategies that enhance our workplace culture.
  • Boost Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience, gathering valuable feedback to drive positive change.
  • Organize & Optimize: Maintain and update HR databases with precision, ensuring our training and development records reflect our commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate on Special Projects: Work alongside our talented team on innovative projects that influence organizational development and workforce planning, using data to drive decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/Post graduate degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Industrial Relations
  • A strong passion for human resources and a desire to make a positive impact in the workplace.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Some experience with working on online design tools
