Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design.
- Strong understanding of storage area network concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and resilient storage solutions.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex storage infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with storage protocols and integration with enterprise environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with technical teams to align storage architecture with business requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
