About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to fill the role of a Delivery Coordinator within the Commercial Banking - Digital Channels organization. This role will lead and support delivery functions within one of the Digital product areas. They will be responsible for bringing synergies across product, design, and technology, through iterative build, test and delivery cycles. The role also contributes to the broader Delivery Coordinator and Product community by developing and maintaining JIRA and other delivery dashboards that provide actionable insights into delivery health, throughput, and process effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Agile delivery models, JIRA, and modern delivery tooling, and has a proven ability to help product and scrum teams mature into self‑sustaining, high‑performing Agile teams. This individual is a proactive self‑starter, quick learner, and trusted partner who mentors junior team members while continuously improving delivery practices across the organization.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact

• Act as key participant in large-scale planning

• Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area

• Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors

• Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

• Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

• Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

• Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Lead multiple scrum teams, across one or more product areas within Digital Channels, to drive continuous and incremental delivery of new capabilities on Wells Fargo Vantage web and mobile.
• Display understanding of product and project management delivery lifecycle and be able to map key deliverables from ideation to delivery.
• Provide dedicated support to teams on agile cadences, dependency, and risk management, pre and post release management activities and establish strong collaboration across partner product and technology teams.
• Effectively capture product updates through sprints. Represent the team on larger collaboration forums and communicate transparently, statuses, accomplishments, milestones, and challenges.
• Understand product priorities and consult with dependency partners, Legal/Risk/Compliance/Control and other extended stakeholders to align on expectations regularly.
• Serve as a SME on enterprise change management procedures, digital standards & policies, and established processes within the product, to keep the team up to date and compliant.
• Stay up to date on resource and scrum team updates, capacity constraints and escalating them to product and delivery leaders.
• Be a champion for agile transformation and display in depth knowledge and experience of agile metrics to provide consistent guidance to teams, identify gaps and contribute to create a workable plan that delivers results towards building strong agile teams.
• Act independently with little support to advise product teams and make decisions as needed to keep teams organized.
• Collaborate with other delivery team members within and outside of the organization to share best practices and ideas for continuous learning.

Job Expectations:

• 5+ years of experience of Agile and Agile tools, particularly JIRA and Confluence.
