What you will do
Come join Stryker Communications where we are enabling safer, more efficient, and intelligent operating rooms through intuitive room design, integrated medical devices and automation.
- Primary Function: Create and execute and Intelligent OR roadmap to advance a market leading OR Infrastructure footprint.
- Partner with a highly motivated team to identify our top opportunities to improve the safety and efficiency metrics of the OR.
- Participate in the commercial rollout of new OR intelligence software and products.
- Understand customer needs and why customers choose to partner with Stryker Communications.
- Develop highly segmented market models to identify most impactful safety and workflow efficiency opportunities within the operating room enterprise.
- Asses emerging technologies, competitors, collaborators, and threats to Stryker Smart OR Initiatives.
- Create and maintain responsibility for project financial models. Accountable for timeline and driving growth to both the top and bottom line.
- Work with sales team to understand market conditions and product positioning.
- Work across Stryker’s business units to integrate Stryker’s market leading surgical devices into Comm’s smart operating room environments.
- Understand the different marketing channel strategies and associated business implications.
- Support in the construction of the annual marketing plan with specific analysis and collaborate in the development of key strategic initiatives.
- Work proactively with market research to collect customer insights for segmentation.
- Partner with global marketing teams to ensure key learnings and unmet customer needs around the world are incorporated into our project investments
- Advocate on the customer's behalf and influence product or portfolio changes based on customer feedback.
- Development of portfolio goals and metrics
- Apply market data, uses planning tools, and seek expert opinions when analyzing channel strategies.
- Is the subject matter expert for applicable products/product lines and able to field technical questions.
- Track and report results/KPIs to leadership and sales
What you need
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA preferred
8+ years of work experience required
5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
Travel Percentage: 30%
