We are looking for a Working Student in People Operations to support our People Ops team in creating a great experience for both candidates and employees. You will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee engagement, while contributing to scaling our People Ops processes.
This is a unique opportunity for a student looking to develop their career in HR and learn about the ins and outs of People Operations in a dynamic Web3 environment. You’ll work closely with our People, Operations & Finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while being empowered to take ownership of specific tasks and initiatives.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and departing employees
Help manage our HR tools and platforms, including our ATS (Ashby) and HRIS (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy and assisting in process optimization
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as organizing remote team events and supporting multiple people operations and talent projects
Collaborate on the continuous improvement of policies and processes, with a focus on scalability and efficiency
Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records and documentation
Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives led by the team
We’re looking for someone with a passion for people, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and want to gain experience in a global People Ops function, we’d love to hear from you!
Must be located in Germany (Berlin is a plus)
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or MS Office
Curiosity and willingness to learn about People Ops processes and best practices
Prior experience in a People Operations, HR, or administrative role is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Eager to work in a diverse, remote-first environment and comfortable with the flexibility this requires
