Job Description:

As global strategic partner of ServiceNow, we implement state of the art solutions for medium and large organizations and shape IT roadmap planning for our fortune 500 customers.

To support our growth, we are looking for Senior Solution Consultants, who can straddle both business requirements and technology implementations to deliver Digital Workflow solutions, for different locations in Germany.

Job scope:

The ServiceNow Senior Solution Consultant role is one of the core components in all our implementations. This role encompasses aspects of Business Process Subject Matter Expertise and technical experience with ServiceNow and its integration to other platforms.

The candidate provides business and functional consulting services to clients in the ServiceNow domain, designs and delivers business solution components, plays an active part in process design and implementation.

Location: Germany

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the functional subject matter expert of ServiceNow platform and product functionality.

  • Work with subject matter experts to identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions and engage in solution implementation.

  • Promote continuous process improvement practices through process best practices, metrics/KPIs, dashboards and role accountabilities.

  • Lead scoping workshops with clients and lead solution implementation projects.

  • Responsible for design of the end-to-end solution during implementation.

  • Conduct design reviews and implementation quality assurance and demonstrate solutions to our clients.

  • Participate in RFPs/RFQs and provide technology solution content.

  • Audit existing client implementations and recommend enhancements

Required Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • ServiceNow CSA certification plus at least two further ServiceNow mainline certifications (like any CIS, CAD, CAS).

  • 4+ years working in IT consulting or Customer support organizations.

  • 4+ years’ experience working as a solution consultant or business analyst in the delivery or implementation of ServiceNow.

  • 4+ years’ experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices.

  • Experience in agile software development and ability to drive the requirements gathering process with both technical and business partners.

  • Fluent in English (C1) and native-level of German ( at least C1)

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with designing ServiceNow Workflows (in areas like IT, Employee, Customer, Create/former App Engine).

  • 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow integrations such as Spoke, Rest, Soap etc.

  • Experience in conducting Fit Gap workshops, writing the Solution Design Document.

  • UX/UI experience – user interface technology, design within ServiceNow.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change and knowledge of the complete ServiceNow Platform and Workflow solution

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Passion for digitization; Result-driven and customer centric.

  • Ability to multi-task and work on several accounts simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence, consult and grow the business.

  • Willingness to travel.
