As a Designer, your primary responsibility is to conceptualize, design, and bring to life creative solutions and advertising communications in collaboration with the Account Executive, Art Director, and Copywriter. Your role involves efficient coordination with the Studio to optimize collaboration with suppliers, such as photographers, and oversee the production process to ensure the delivery of high-quality results within specified deadlines.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create and promote advertising and design solutions aligning with client briefs, contributing to cutting-edge advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive, Art Director, and Copywriter to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
  • Execute approved designs, overseeing the entire process until handover to the Media department.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines, managing workflow efficiently.
  • Develop engaging graphics and layouts, particularly focusing on product illustrations.
  • Maintain a high standard of design that reflects current trends, techniques, and a good understanding of color theory.

Required skills:

  • Demonstrate a keen eye for design, creativity, and aesthetic sensibility.
  • Possess knowledge of design history, current trends, and techniques.
  • In-depth understanding of graphic applications and the print production process.
  • Familiarity with photography and its integration into design.
  • Understanding of agency/supplier systems and capabilities for efficient collaboration.
  • Showcase proficiency in the craft of design and an attention to detail.
  • Conduct client research and gather relevant information to inform the design process.
  • Develop comprehensive layouts that align with project objectives and client expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Diploma in Commercial Arts/Graphic Design.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a visualizer.
