With our continued growth in Hong Kong and exciting new products launches planned, our high-performing MedSurg team is expanding and we have a new opportunity for a Sales professional to join us as Account Executive. In this role, you will gain knowledge in various specialties such as ENT, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, etc., paving the way to more development opportunities in your medical device career.

What You Will Do

  • Develop expert knowledge across our MedSurg portfolio which includes ENT, Neurosurgical, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, OR design and more.
  • Carry out sales processes / activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals, including attending cases to provide product technical support to customers.
  • Develop and maintain close network of relationships with customers.
  • Identify market and customer specific needs, trends and business development opportunities to strengthen Stryker's market share.
  • Regularly input into insights on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information, etc.
  • Compile and analyze customers‘ feedback to drive higher quality of service and to expand business portfolio.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years' relevant experience in medical device sales.
  • Results driven and goal oriented, with demonstrated ability to learn and apply new knowledge independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management/negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture key business relationships internally and externally. Demonstrated ability to forge new relationships with prospective customers.
  • Able to work collaboratively across different functional groups to achieve common objectives.

Travel Percentage: 10%
