The main responsibilities will be for ongoing vendor, supply and invoicing management for the Commercial Cards Operations.
This role reports to the Head of Vendor and Supply Management.
What you’ll do
Perform various activities related to vendor management support as follows:
Act as Business Activity Owner (BAO) for allocated vendors and ensure they are managed according to Third Party Management Policy
Actively participate in vendor related projects
Provide oversight on Commercial Cards vendor processes
Manage the supply of products/services from allocated vendors on behalf of Commercial Cards Operations
Monitor daily card, PIN and letters production and dispatch reports, timely identification and escalation of production and delivery issues
Develop and recommend strategic decisions based off in-depth comprehension of how the operations team interacts with others business unites in accomplishing objectives
Report vendors performance (SLA, KPI, breaches, issues) according to Third Party Management Policy requirements, update vendor volumes and spend and other MIS spreadsheets
Drive prompt invoicing, responsibility for Procure to Pay (P2P) inputs for the Account Payable (AP) team. Monitor and coordinate timely invoice submission, validation, approvals and payment
Provide input into Request For Pricing (RFP), contracts, SLA’s, KPI’s, benchmarking and pricing
What we’ll need from you
2-5 years of experience in a related role within trade/cash operations management
Vendor/supply management experience
Operations and project experience
Procurement/contract management experience
Cards knowledge preferable but not essential
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Effective communication and analytical skills
Effective relationship management skills
