In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing Governance & Compliance activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the section’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
You will be responsible
Develop and execute a STA-wide governance and compliance program, assessing the current compliance position, identifying weaknesses, and implementing stronger controls and policies.
Develop and implement a governance and compliance framework, embedding methodologies, tools, and techniques in business processes and systems to mitigate potential risks and threats.
Conduct governance and compliance research and benchmarking analysis to identify relevant practices and standards to adopt.
Periodically review and update compliance and adherence to governance and compliance strategies and frameworks.
Develop and ensure adherence to relevant corporate governance charters, including charters for data, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
Maintain a proper governance and compliance culture within STA, guiding and supporting the development and maintenance of internal operational policies, and conducting periodic checks to monitor adherence to internal policies and external laws and regulations.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred
At least 10 years of experience in relevant field

في هذا الدور ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ أنشطة إدارة الحوكمة والالتزام، من أجل ضمان وتنفيذ مستهدفات القسم وتحديد فرص التحسين التي ستساهم في تحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية قصيرة ومتوسطة المدى ضمن مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المحددة والميزانيات المتفق عليها والسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
مهام الوظيفة
تطوير وتنفيذ برنامج للحوكمة والامتثال على مستوى هيئة السياحة السعودية، وتقييم وضع الامتثال الحالي، وتحديد نقاط الضعف، وتنفيذ ضوابط وسياسات أقوى.
تطوير وتنفيذ إطار الحوكمة والامتثال، ودمج المنهجيات والأدوات والتقنيات في العمليات والأنظمة التجارية للتخفيف من المخاطر والتهديدات المحتملة.
إجراء أبحاث الحوكمة والامتثال وتحليل المعايير لتحديد الممارسات والمعايير ذات الصلة التي سيتم اعتمادها.
المراجعة الدورية وتحديث الامتثال والالتزام باستراتيجيات وأطر الحوكمة والامتثال.
تطوير وضمان الالتزام بمواثيق حوكمة الشركات ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك مواثيق البيانات والأمن السيبراني وحوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
الحفاظ على ثقافة الحوكمة والامتثال المناسبة داخل هيئة السياحة السعودية، وتوجيه ودعم تطوير وصيانة السياسات التشغيلية الداخلية، وإجراء فحوصات دورية لمراقبة الالتزام بالسياسات الداخلية والقوانين واللوائح الخارجية.

يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذو صلة أو ما يعادلها
