    • Implement and maintain best practices for contract and document management, including template updates, user access controls, and automation where possible.

    • Advise the legal team on new technological solutions and improvements to current systems.

    • Capture key contract data in searchable databases and ensure proper tracking of contract statuses, renewals, and expirations.

  2. Cross-Functional Legal Project Management:

    • Act as the project manager for nearly all legal contracts, ensuring timely drafting, review, approval, and execution by coordinating with global sales, channel teams, and internal stakeholders.

    • Support cross-functional collaboration by assisting with contract queries, interpretation, and providing timely responses to various departments, including Sales Ops, Customer Success, and IT.

    • Manage special legal projects from initiation through execution, including coordinating with external counsel for high-sensitivity matters.

  3. Training, Presentations, and Process Development:

    • Assist in creating and delivering educational materials and training sessions for cross-functional teams on contract management, legal processes, and platform use (Ironclad, Coupa, Salesforce).

    • Develop and refine onboarding processes for new hires in the legal department and train non-legal teams on Menlo’s contract lifecycle and best practices.

    • Help prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.

  4. Contract Management & Support (Outbound & Inbound):

  5. Legal Request & Knowledge Management:

    • Serve as the point of contact for routine legal and procedural inquiries from internal teams, including providing guidance on contract-related processes.

    • Manage internal communication via the Legal@ alias, responding to queries and routing matters appropriately.
