The Program Manager in our EPMO provides people, process and technology services that enable our internal delivery and operational teams to execute efficiently and effectively on critical cross-functional initiatives and operations. Our scope focuses on program management and business systems configuration.

We are looking for someone with operational software development experience, strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills who can hit the ground running by taking on several small-medium sized projects in a largely independent fashion.

What you'll do:

  • Cross-functional project management of small-medium sized cross-functional company-wide initiatives
  • Stakeholder management
  • Create, monitor and track project plans for your projects, focusing on identifying cross-functional dependencies
  • Cross-functional coordination within CH
  • Define and follow-up on deliverables and action items to ensure they are completed on time and with quality
  • Proactive, concise and constant communication regarding project status, issues, risks
  • Project Management (80%)
  • Assist with PMO processes (20%)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in:
    • Project management (agile, hybrid, real-world application of principles)
    • Efficient and effective communications
    • Efficient and effective stakeholder management
  • BA degree 
  • Experience executing software development projects as a project manager and/or tech lead
  • Business-focused, with ability to understand a range of business areas, including not not limited to customer service and data operations
  • Tech savvy; ability to engage with technical resources and work streams to understand the work being done, and the needs thereof
  • Identify, evaluate and lead teams through prioritization activities
  • Ability to be effective in a matrix management environment
  • Bring a customer centricity focus
  • Proficient with project management tools and processes
  • Well-versed in PMO methodologies such as Agile and Hybrid
  • Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
  • Ability to make progress, recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient with G-suite applications
  • Familiarity with Jira desired

Pay Transparency Statement 

This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week. #LI-hybrid 

The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
