Position Description                             

The USON Customer Account Analyst will serve on the Accounts Payable team as the main point of contact for customer accounting needs for their assigned regions(s) in the US Oncology Network. The position will manage all accounts payable, travel & expense and purchasing needs of US Oncology practices. This includes, but is not limited to payments, refunds and write offs, invoice status, PO dispatch, system workflow maintenance and general customer service.                                

                               

The USON Customer Account Analyst will perform customer service responsibilities by providing quality customer service through Salesforce, including interacting with Network practices and vendors, answering customer and vendor inquiries, and effectively managing escalations as applicable.                          

Additionally, the USON Customer Account Analyst will partner with our outsourcing provider to resolve escalations and ensure an excellent experience for our US Oncology practices.            

                               

Responsibilities                        

  • Customer Service point of contact for assigned US Oncology regions(s) and suppliers for all inquiries related to payments, T&E and purchasing needs                             
  • Monitor invoices while processing through workflow                       
  • Timely response of incoming email and phone calls by The US Oncology practices and suppliers                               
  • Service Now ticket resolution                           
  • Resolve outliers in designated workflow error queues                     
  • Audit workflows against delegation of authority                  
  • Travel & Expense filing and assistance with card reconciliation                 
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives and projects                         
  • Partner with outsourcing provider for level II escalations/inquiries           (Genpact)        
  • Generalized payment reporting                       
  • Maintain appropriate levels of communication with all levels of the organization and across The US Oncology Network                            
  • Partner with appropriate stakeholders to provide support as required                  
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization

Education:                     

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$53,200 - $88,600
