Who Are We Looking For?
-Minimum 5 years’ experience as a glazier in the commercial construction industry or completion of a two to three year apprenticeship program
-Previous experience in Foreman role is preferred
-Strong knowledge in construction industry and related activities is an asset
-Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
What You Will Work On?
-Oversee all aspects of Glazing work including but not limited to safety, housekeeping, and workmanship quality
-Prepare production and other reports
-Coordinate and schedule activities
-Train or arrange for training, Set up machines and equipment, Estimate costs and materials
-Read blueprints and drawings, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
-Resolve work related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
