Job Description

1. Compensation & Benefits Projects

  • Support the Senior C&B Specialist in designing and reviewing compensation and benefit schemes.
  • Prepare analytical inputs, scenarios, and materials for C&B proposals and management review.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness and cost impact of existing reward programs and recommend improvements.

2. Staff Cost Forecasting & Workforce Analytics

  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc staff cost forecasts for Finance and the Strategic Workforce Committee.
  • Analyze variances between forecast and actual staff cost and provide clear explanations of key drivers.
  • Support workforce cost scenario analysis (e.g., headcount changes, merit assumptions, benefit cost trends).
  • Maintain and enhance staff cost models to improve accuracy and responsiveness.

3. Market Survey & External Benchmarking

  • Coordinate and manage salary and benefit market surveys, including data submission, validation, and analysis.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with peer banks and market survey providers, particularly for benefit benchmarking.
  • Analyze market data and prepare insights on competitiveness, trends, and positioning to support reward decisions.

4. Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with Finance, HRBPs, and internal stakeholders to respond to C&B-related queries and requests.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for management.
  • Ensure C&B practices comply with internal policies and governance standards.
  • Support C&B ad hoc projects

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) are essential.
  • Solid knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is required.
