Responsibilities and Tasks:
Partner with experienced HR team members in the development of HR solutions
Gather customer and business partner input
Proactively assess and identify customers tactical and strategic HR needs
Participate in solution development
Test potential solutions with customers
Gather needed supporting data, analyze and interpret data when needed
Provide data interpretation to appropriate parties
Participate in customer business-related projects as required
Education:
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Minimum of junior status and planning to return/continue school after conclusion
