Job Description:

Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for open positions.

Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events as needed.

Update and maintain the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.

Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track progress and effectiveness. Support the onboarding process for new hires by gathering necessary documents and ensuring a smooth transition.

Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process.
