Main Tasks / 主要任務

  • Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms specializing in sports goods.

开拓并管理体育用品分销商、零售商及线上平台,建立长期合作关系。

  • Analyze channel performance and optimize strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.

分析渠道表现,优化分销策略以提升新品覆盖率及销售转化。

  • Track sales KPIs and adapt tactics to meet targets.

监控销售数据,及时调整策略以达成阶段性目标

  • Work with marketing and product teams to align channel strategies with brand positioning

与市场部、产品部紧密合作,提供渠道反馈以优化产品定位及营销策略。

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

研究户外体育用品行业趋势、竞品动态,挖掘潜在渠道机会。

  • Other work matters related to the business development of the department

与部门业务开展有关的其它工作

Education / 教育背景

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sports-related fields preferred.

本科及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理或体育相关专业优先。

Experience / 經驗

1, 8+ years in channel development, sales, or business development, preferably in eyewear or outdoor sports industries. 8+年以上渠道拓展、销售或业务开发经验,有眼镜行业或户外体育用品行业背景者优先。

2, Proven track record in new product launches and channel expansion, with knowledge of sports distribution or e-commerce. 具备成功主导新品上市及渠道拓展的案例,熟悉体育用品分销链路和电商运营

3, Strong negotiation and customer management skills. 

出色的谈判能力及客户关系管理经验。
