Director, Digital Product Management 

Reformation is looking for a Director of Digital Product Management who will focus on the ecommerce site experience in order to drive conversion through innovative and cutting edge experiences. This position reports to the VP of Digital Product & Ecommerce within the Growth team and has two direct reports. The role is highly cross-functional, and will partner closely with stakeholders across Ref to bring the brand to life in Reformation's digital landscape. Partners include Tech, Lifecycle Marketing, Paid Marketing, Customer Strategy, International, Ecom Strategy & Operations, Customer Love, and Operations. This role is responsible for the end to end process of launching and iterating on enhancements across the funnel.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the delivery of the ecommerce digital product roadmap in order to drive conversion and support cross functional stakeholders in meeting their goals 
    • Prioritize/stack rank the backlog across multiple business and stakeholder needs 
    • Work with direct reports to deliver a set of features for each sprint and ensure we’re meeting quarterly milestones 
    • Guide the team in defining MVP for each feature/enhancement 
    • Individually own features including defining business requirements, writing tickets, and conducting UAT  
    • Collaborate closely with Digital Product Designer to ensure UX meets business needs and delivers a best in class customer experience
  • Measurement & analysis 
    • Define a measurement plan and measure the impact of feature enhancements 
    • Collaborate with the Data team, Tech, and third party partners to ensure all features have proper tracking
    • Build and execute weekly checkout analysis to better understand areas of opportunities and the overall impact on performance 
    • Leverage quantitative, qualitative, A/B testing, and competitive data to identify new features and enhancements that drive conversion, AOV, and deliver on Ref’s brand/mission
    • Leverage A/B testing to identify incremental value and help guide roadmap/prioritization decisions
  • Page speed & technical SEO 
    • Collaborate closely with Tech to ensure we have a healthy backlog of page speed enhancements
    • Provide tech with priorities / focus areas to concentrate pages speed wins on 
    • Evangelize page speed across the organization to help others understand how/where they can contribute to performance
    • Report on impact of page speed improvements in terms of both page speed metrics and impact to bounce rates
    • Ensure SEO technical health is strong by running crawls, creating tickets, and prioritizing them in releases
    • Ensure new features are SEO optimized
  • Change management 
    • Ensure new features are seamlessly adopted by cross functional partners, such as Creative and Ecommerce Strategy & Operations, by ensuring we have a clear understanding of the impact and team have proper resources and training 
    • Identify process improvements to ensure maximum efficiency and strong collaboration across all cross functional partners 
  • Team management / development 
    • Manage two product managers with an ongoing focus on career and skills development
    • Consistent and clear feedback / communication on performance and opportunities

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Available to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office/week at our Culver City HQ
  • 12+ years work experience in Digital Product and ecommerce 
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills, proficient with tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Fullstory, etc.
  • Experienced with agile methodologies
  • Proficient understanding SEO technical concepts
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce technology at a conceptual level 
  • Working understanding of page speed metrics and optimization principles 
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is a plus
