What you bring to SBHG:

  • Master's degree in a social science field plus at least four (4) years of experience in a behavioral health field, one (1) of which must be in a leadership role.

  • BBS Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC

  • Ability to provide Clinical Supervision per BBS regulations

  • Valid California Driver's License.

How you will make a difference:

This position’s primary responsibilities are to ensure standards of excellence in practice, provide overall staff supervision and training, and manage daily administrative and clinical oversight of the Youth Help Network program.

Division/Program Overview:

The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) is a short-term voluntary residential facility tailored to adults aged 18-59 experiencing psychiatric crises. Its purpose is to provide a safe environment for stabilization, recovery, and community transition. Services offered include round-the-clock programs, therapeutic and mental health services, rehabilitation and recovery support (including substance use rehabilitation), pre-vocational or vocational counseling, medication evaluation and support, daily exercise, health/wellness education, and crisis intervention.
