GSK Switzerland is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Product Manager to join our Hemato-Oncology Franchise. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for healthcare, a sharp business acumen, and a desire to make an impact in the oncology space. The Junior Product Manager will play a key role in the execution of marketing strategies, development of promotional materials, and the launch of omnichannel campaigns, contributing to the success of our growing innovative hemato-oncology portfolio. Prior pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Execution:

  • Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing plans for GSK’s hemato-oncology products, in alignment with global and local strategies.

Omnichannel Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels to engage healthcare professionals and patients.

Promotional Material Development:

  • Develop, adapt and update marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Market Analysis & Insights:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and threats in the hemato-oncology market. Provide insights to help shape marketing and sales strategies.
  • Stay up to date through self-study and pro-active participation in scientific webinars

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the medical, sales, and external agency teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Pro-actively liaise with above country stakeholders to ensure continued alignment of execution with strategy

Sales Support:

  • Support the sales team with materials, presentations, and training to help them effectively promote GSK’s hemato-oncology portfolio.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in monitoring the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and reporting on financial performance.

Event Management:

  • Coordinate the logistics for congresses, seminars, and webinars to promote GSK’s presence and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals.
     

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Adhere to all relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards

Profil

  • Master's Degree (Scientific Field/ Business Administration)

  • Excellent mastery of IT is a must (Excel, Powerpoint, Cloud Services etc)

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical commercial or medical role is a plus

  • Fluent in German and/or French, strong proficiency in English is a must.
