Airgas, Inc. seeks JDA Senior Business System Analyst to work in Radnor, PA to:

Be responsible for the implementation and support of the Supply Chain Management process area solutions utilizing JDA and SAP functionality. Analyze, design, test and implement systems, which will enable the business community to achieve its goals and objectives. Support the existing JDA/SAP design, JDA/SAP application configuration, and custom system enhancements/integration points. Provide additional support to key Supply Chain processes as needed. Document requirements for new functionality as required in support of the Supply Chain processes, which may include JDA and/or SAP application configuration, custom enhancements and custom reports. Develop procedures, processes and guidelines that are efficient and focused on the quality of the process or end state deliverable. Develop functional design specifications in support of existing and new application requirements, and he will determine business impact and ROI on new business processes. Collaborate with various technical teams to evaluate design alternatives, optimize design solutions and minimize impacts on performance. Develop and execute functional unit test cases in support of new application requirements and be responsible for managing design issue/defect resolution. Collaborate with cross functional teams to perform test activities (e.g., string, integration, performance, user acceptance), and support the deployment of production applications and provide post-production support related to the custom system enhancements, and integration points.

Are you a MATCH?

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. *Employer will accept 3 or 4 year Bachelor's degree.

Minimum Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience in an Information Technology systems analysis function, with at least 3 years of JDA configuration experience.

Travel Requirement: 10% domestic travel required.
