We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager of Business Systems to join our team and help drive the strategic direction of our business systems with a primary focus on Salesforce, Docusign CLM/e-Signature. The Senior Manager, Business Systems will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of our enterprise business systems. This role will collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure that our systems meet the current and future needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business systems management, a deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, and proven leadership abilities.
What you’ll be doing:
Understand existing set up and processes and in collaboration with the team leading the development and execution of strategy of Monotype’s Business Systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Support the business with day-to-day Salesforce functionality and supporting systems
Oversee the integration of business systems with other enterprise software to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
Collaborate with the EBS team to make sure integrated systems with Salesforce are not affected
Create and maintain technical processes and procedures, handle advanced installations, and troubleshoot issues
Liaise with internal teams to coordinate data flow between functions such as Revenue Marketing and Product Marketing etc.
Manage the licensing and supplier relationship, improve utilization of our software tech stack, providing recommendations for future use (renewals) and update existing software in collaboration with EBS team.
Share knowledge with internal training team and user best practice either in person, remotely or via video recording
Provide internal technical support as required
Act as liaison between the business and EBS team to ensure projects are prioritized and business owners are up to date on the status of their projects
Create ad hoc reports and dashboards as required by Senior stakeholders (including C-Suite)

What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing business systems, preferably Salesforce, CRM, and Docusign.
Proven track record of successful system implementations and management.
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
