Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Support the execution of corporate development strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Assist leadership in refining operating models, go-to-market strategies, and service strategies.
• Participate in the evaluation of M&A opportunities.
• Collaborate in divestiture activities as needed.
• Contribute to the management of intellectual property assets.
• Help communicate and promote the corporate growth vision.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential acquisition targets.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in corporate leadership roles
• Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and business growth strategies
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Strategic Management Professional (CSMP) or Certified Business Strategist (CBS) are a plus
