Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:

• Participate in audits and compliance checks, ensuring HR practices meet legal standards.
Basic Qualifications:
• Entry Level
• Typically, 0-1 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources.
• Proven interest in HR and willingness to learn.
• Proficiencies in basic HR concepts and willingness to develop expertise.
• A continuous learner who is eager to stay abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications or coursework in HR are a plus.
