We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Coordinator to join our Growth & Client Experience team! This role will be directly responsible for managing our Online Pharmacy Initiatives and will work closely with our Field Operations team to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
· Works in a support role for the Growth & Client Experience team
· Supports the Growth & Client Experience and Field Operations teams to meet and exceed revenue goals through our Online Pharmacy initiatives, including:
o Onboarding veterinary practices into our focuses specific to online pharmacy
o Facilitating follow ups with veterinary practices
o Tracking KPI’s of the project to drive compliance and gauge success
o Ensures deadlines are met
· Assists with administrative duties and data entry related to G&CE support
· Assists in reviewing processes to identify inefficiencies and help make improvements as the company continues to grow
· Develops and implements SOPs to increases client retention and achieve cost savings
· Identifies new opportunities and solutions related to online pharmacy to support the growth goals of the company
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Ability to properly prioritize and complete tasks simultaneously
· Ability to problem solve and adapt to multiple situations
· HS Diploma or educational equivalent
· Excellent communication skills
· Computer efficiency
· Very detail-oriented
· Preferred: Experience with Veterinary Electronic Medical Records (Avimark, Cornerstone, etc.)
· Preferred: Previous experience in the veterinary industry, particularly with pharmaceuticals
· Preferred: Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology, procedures, and pharmaceuticals
