What you'll do...

Are you passionate about working in a dynamic and challenging environment where you can use your knowledge of 340B to expand patient access to affordable care? A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Manager- 340B Operations focused on the performance & growth of our 340B program. You will provide support for 340B for day-to-day operations, maintain a strong relationship with Walmart’s gateway vendor, and assist in market expansion in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This unique opportunity will enable you to take part in executing strategies that achieve business goals while also meeting customer needs. 

About the team:

Walmart’s 340B team is constructed with two unique groups - Business Development & Operations.

What you'll do:

• Support oversight of Walmart’s 340B Accumulator to ensure timely & accurate processing.
• 340B contract ownership. Ensure timely review and signatory for all contracting.
• Operate and a direct line communication with  Walmart’s customers & vendor relationships.

What you'll bring:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Ability to consume complex data analysis to create customer solutions that drive program growth. 
• Ability to think strategically, perform root-cause analysis, eliminate program waste, & drive program KPIs.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
