Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve planning functional tests and ensuring the quality of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Plan functional tests and ensure the quality of the application. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the application. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of packaged application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in functional test planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM and TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of packaged application development. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
