Salary: $61,879.91 - $63,932.61 (pro-rata) base salary per annum

About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the Health Information Services. The Administration Officer - Night Shift Clerk is responsible for participating in providing an efficient customer service to St Vincents Public Hospital between the hours of 9:30pm and 07:30am by retrieving medical records as required, tracking the movement of records around the hospital in our electronic tracking System (Corepas) and attending requests for patient information.

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Administration Officer - Night Shift Clerk who possess clerical experience and is accurate in all aspects of work. We welcome applications from people who possess exceptional customer services skills.

Selection Criteria:

1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.

2. Previous clerical experience.

3. Flexible and accurate in all aspects of work.

4. Excellent communication skills.

5. Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.

6. Demonstrated ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

7. Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise and distribute work appropriately.

8. Demonstrated experience in data entry and/or record processing.
