Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Client Care Advisor to join our fantastic Client Care team to help meet the growing business demand. As the first point of contact, our Client Care team are a vital part of our client relationships and experience.

As a Client Care Advisor, you will have varied responsibilities so that every day will be different. Greeting clients and their pets, talking to veterinary practices, arranging appointments, helping clients who call us are just some of the things that you will be involved in.

You will need to have previous experience in a fast-paced environment dealing face-to-face with clients (who may be worried or upset and need reassurance) and be confident with telephone work.

Previous experience within a veterinary or healthcare environment is essential. You must be passionate about pets, work to high standards and be a great team member. We are busy, so you need to enjoy working in a demanding environment whilst still being sympathetic, caring and professional.

This is a permanent, part-time position working. The role will involve covering shifts between the hours of 8.00am to 9.00pm. On average 24h per week. Depending upon the monthly rota, you will need to be flexible with your working hours/days, which may vary each week, including occasional weekend cover.
 

Specific experiences/qualifications/status/citizenship requirements

You must fulfil the following requirements:

  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Maintain a professional and caring approach in all aspects of your work
  • Provide evidence of your Right to Work in the UK
  • Competent in use of Microsoft office and clinical systems for email, producing letters and report, recording accurate patient records, etc.
