Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate local HR service delivery to ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate risks, and achieve operational excellence.
- Deploy services and day-to-day support that are required to be executed at a local level
- Support the provision of input on HR policies and employee data to Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBP)
- Support end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, candidate pool management for associates and interns
- Manage documentation for the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, and resignation, for employees at all levels
- Monitoring corrective data of employee in Workday
- Recruit, onboard, and manage contingent workers and contractors.
- Support local learning initiatives including conducting learning needs analysis, developing learning content, delivering training, and managing local logistics
- Manage in-person time and attendance activities, including reviewing, resolving, and approving timecards
- Manage return to work, alternative duty and modification requests and people movement of associates.
- Manage and resolve end-to-end disciplinary issues. Manage or lead investigations into employee claims of unfair treatment or management charges of misconduct or non-compliance, and communicate findings to manager, HR Business Partner, and/or Legal as appropriate.
- Manage appeals process, conducting meetings, and determinations.
- Maintain works and relationships with local government, i.e. signage tax
- Manage local community relations and issues together with safety team, as needed
- Manage and coordinate doctor and nurse service including overall first aid room
- Provide documentation for audit purposes
- Manage performance management for associates.
- Act as single point of contact to SSC for payroll deliverables
- Monitoring, controlling, and provide information regarding requirement of SMETA, as needed
- Drive employee engagement activities and sport activities, as needed.
- Drive CSR activities, as needed
- Represent as employer to work and coordinate with welfare committee.
- Manager employee welfare and benefits, i.e. annual check-up, uniform, birthday gift etc.
- Support facility and office improvement.
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3-5 years experience in food and beverage / consumer good industry preferred
- Familiarity in manufacturing / plants HR role preferred
- Ability to quickly comprehend requirements and carry out transactions in accordance with set standards
- Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Proficient use of applicable technology and MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Limited travel across plants in Thailand
