Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with evolving business goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The lead actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain momentum and quality throughout the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures using Node.js.
- Experience in managing code quality, performance optimization, and ensuring adherence to development standards.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver complex software solutions.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and RESTful API design.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js and Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
