Accenture Song’s Data&AI team is looking for an Analyst who is enthusiastic about the fields of Data&AI, Advisory and Consulting.

As a Data & AI Analyst, you'll join our innovative team, working on integrating Data & AI into the Human-Centered Design and Service processes, revolutionizing approaches to enhance customer experiences and drive value through data-driven decision-making, personalization, and technology-driven strategies across various industries and customer journeys. You will collaborate with our consultants, who strategize, ideate, implement, help to adopt, and bridge the gap between business and tech for our clients.  

• Daily tasks As an Analyst you will collaborate in a team of colleagues together with the client. You work on the client's customer experience challenges, from identifying customer and business needs to designing functional and technical solution for implementation. You help the client to understand their key challenges by analyzing different solutions after which you communicate your recommendations.  
• Technology We always look for innovative solutions to improve our client's customer experience and growth and we do so by combining business with technology.  Depending on the client we work with and the project we work on, we work with various tools, systems and platforms

Here's what you'll need

• Master's degree, Technical, Digital and/or Business focused Master's program.

• You have affinity with Data & AI within the field of Marketing, Service, Commerce or Design 

• You have a pro-active attitude and a entrepreneurial and creative mindset.

• You’re able to extract meaningful insights from data and communicate them in a digestible manner and have the ability to problem-solve through analytical approaches.

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and comfortable with English (spoken and written).
