Position Summary

The CFSP Business Analyst will provide financial accounting support for CFSP models and contracts. This is an entry-level graduate role ideal for individuals aspiring to become chartered accountants. The role offers exposure to a wide range of financial processes and collaboration with operational teams across the business.

Essential Functions

• Support the Business Operations Manager with financial tasks for assigned models and contracts.
• Assist with:
  • Revenue recognition for assigned projects.
  • Backlog phasing and adjustments.
  • Billing of service fees and expenses.
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Business Review deliverables (e.g., Supply vs Demand, Volatility reporting).
  • Internal and client reporting (KPIs and metrics).
  • Contract Change Management: pricing coordination and delivery of change documents.
  • Project-level unbilled/unearned reviews.
• Attend and help prepare for monthly project reviews.
• Provide model support and oversight during the Business Ops Manager’s absence.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a chartered accountant qualification.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
