CACI has an immediate need for a Program Manager to join our team on the Medical Material Enterprise Standardization (MMESO) program supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) Directorate. MMESO provides services and solution that advance DHA MEDLOG’s critical mission requirement, enhance interoperability, and achieve chain supply chain efficiencies.
The Opportunity:
This position manages all aspects of execution for the MMESO support contract and provides subject matter expertise in DOD medical supply chain and materiel standardization.
- You will apply your expertise to plan, organize, and oversee the successful completion of program objectives and deliverables.
- You will be responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of business processes, tools, and operating models.
- You will serve as the single point of contact for coordinating services and activities delivered to the MMESO Program and other government stakeholders including but not limited to clinicians, logisticians, working groups, and senior management.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Execute all areas of program management, from initiation through closeout to ensure the successful execution of the program goals, and objectives IAW contract and company processes. Responsible for all program aspects to include personnel management, financial management, and growth.
- Provide business, technical, and personnel coordination and management to ensure the contracted services and deliverables meet or exceed the contractual quality and performance standards.
- Manage and lead a diverse, geographically dispersed team of logisticians, clinicians, and data analysts in a dynamic environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts with stakeholders.
- Recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement. Develop and present recommendations to stakeholders with a variety of technical and functional backgrounds. Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for the execution of business improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular status reports to the government leadership in the form of verbal and written briefings/reports.
- Serve as the primary interface between CACI, employees, subcontractors, key program stakeholders, and corporate resources
- Full accountability for the execution of task order requirements
- Ensure contract personnel receive adequate guidance and direction to perform their daily tasks in support of the customer requirements for the execution of medical materiel standardization program processes.
- Manage client, customer relationships.
- Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Management, or other related scientific or technical discipline is required
- A minimum of five (5) years program management experience
- Strong understanding of MHS Programs as it relates to Operational and Institutional medical materiel requirements
- Advanced understanding of medical materiel and equipment standardization and medical treatment environments
- Progressive experience in Healthcare Information Management Systems (with an emphasis in supply chain management) including experience with medical standardization and healthcare systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrating the ability to present material to the DHA MEDLOG Directorate and other Government officials
- Able to effectively communicate in different modes (oral/written) to a diverse audience at different levels including clinicians, logisticians, program managers, working groups, and senior management
- Experience managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams in virtual environments
- Demonstrated success building, executing, and growing programs
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively at both detail and big-picture levels necessary to drive initiatives forward
- Strong organizational skills; able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Promotes a knowledge sharing and learning culture
- Actively engaged in continual learning and development of yourself and program personnel
- Contributes to innovation and the adaptation of best practice standards of sustainability and quality
- Advance experience in Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Teams/OneNote, Project)
- US Citizenship
- Able to pass a favorable National Agency Check with Local Law and Credit (NACLC)
Desired:
- Experience supervising substantial MHS Programs that encompass data collection, analysis, network systems migration, integration, activation, and training in diverse operating environments with people of diverse job categories and job skills is highly desirable
- PMP certification
- Demonstrated success developing team members, including mentorship, training, career development, and issue resolution

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$89,500-$188,000
