In this role you will:

  • Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency across engineering and product teams, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and streamlined processes.

  • Collaborate with various teams to promote engineering excellence and enhance the quality, resilience, and stability of our products and services.

  • Develop, manage, and share comprehensive plans aimed at improving operational efficiency and engineering performance, while considering the needs of various parties involved and prioritising projects based on their impact on the business.

  • Work closely with engineering, product, and senior leadership teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions on time, and within budget.

  • Engage with internal and external customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure our solutions effectively address their challenges.

  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to discover potential opportunities, trends, and effective approaches that can be used to inform strategic decisions.

  • Use data and analytics to drive decision-making, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Influence and prioritize initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Senior Leadership to drive operational efficiency and engineering excellence, holding partners and teams accountable for delivering results.

  • Clearly articulate the “why”, the “what”, and the value-add of customer problems to solve, working collaboratively with others, balancing different viewpoints, and ensuring transparency and alignment.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $167,100.00 - $266,900.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 10+ years of product management experience with at least 5+ years in a technical product management role. Experience in driving operational efficiency and engineering excellence in large-scale web organizations.

  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and work closely with engineering teams. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent experience is required.

  • Passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.

  • Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable plans.

  • Proficient in using data and analytics to inform decisions and measure success.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate individuals at all levels.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to hold teams and partners accountable for delivering high-quality, resilient, and stable solutions.
