Capital Group’s Investment Operations Group focuses on delivering several key capabilities to Capital’s investment and distribution groups, supporting the investment process and distribution efforts.

IST Client Operations

The Client Operations team looks after the operational aspects of our investors across our Lux, Australia and UK fund ranges, directly or indirectly via our outsourced transfer agencies. This includes investor onboarding (consisting of agreement coordination, account opening, and distribution fees set up), investor dealing support and the oversight of our outsourced transfer agency service providers. The team have associates based in Singapore, Geneva, London and Australia.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
