As an Insurance Consultant at Accenture Technology you will support, together with your colleagues, leading organizations in the insurance industry and help them navigate through the complexities of digital transformation. Every project presents a new challenge, offering the opportunity to innovate within the insurance sector. 

• People At Accenture you are part of team. You will collaborate in international, diverse and multidisciplinary teams, and you will work closely with our insurance clients to bring the best of Accenture’s expertise to them. Your role will include aligning technology with the strategic goals of our insurance clients, and ensuring that every solution enhances their operational efficiency and customer experience

• Processes You will be instrumental in gathering requirements, creating technology design and the implementation of improvements and changes, ensuring the successful delivery of large and complex IT projects

• Technology You will be working with industry specific solutions, as well as technologies for Cloud, Data and AI, and ensure delivery in an Agile, Scrum, SAFe or DevOps way of working

• Data You will take on roles in programs and project delivery aimed at improving data management within insurance companies. Additionally, you will use data-driven insights to enhance current processes and IT architectures, ensuring that insurance clients can make informed decisions and stay competitive.

Here’s what you’ll need

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.

• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the Insurance Industry.

• IT Delivery experience either as Developer, Engineer, Scrum Master, Team Lead, Project Lead, Project Manager, or in Release Management.

• Experience in an Agile, Scrum, SAFe and/or DevOps setting.

• Good communication skills required in English and preferred in Dutch.

Bonus points if you have

• A background in an IT environment within the insurance industry.

• Strong analytical skills.

• A critical view on standardizing business processes as much as possible.

• Affinity with the Financial Services industry, particularly insurance, and technology.

• If you speak Dutch (C-level proficiency).
