The opportunity 

You will join a global team dedicated to health, safety, environment, and sustainability. In this role, you will help us manage HSE risks, ensure compliance with corporate and ISO standards, and support initiatives that build a culture of safety and sustainability. You will collaborate with managers, employees, and stakeholders to raise awareness, improve standards, and implement performance improvement programs. How you’ll make an impact 

• Advise and support managers and employees on HSE issues. 
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and corporate HSE standards. 
• Monitor and report HSE performance across operations. 
• Drive sustainability programs and behavioral change initiatives. 
• Contribute to risk management and resilience planning. 
• Implement quality and continuous improvement practices. 
• Lead awareness campaigns and training on safety and security. 
• Collaborate across business units to foster a culture of excellence. 
• Support crisis management and security risk mitigation. 

Your background 

• Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. 
• Proven experience in HSE management within industrial or project environments. 
• Knowledge of ISO standards and local HSE legislation. 
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and risk management. 
• Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement programs. 
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
