- Lead and manage physician recruitment projects and initiatives, including sourcing strategy, candidate experience enhancements, and process improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate project deliverables and timelines to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage recruitment operations including data entry accuracy, reporting, dashboards, and Workday integrity.
- Develop project plans for recruitment events, faculty onboarding programs, and pipeline initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, medical staff services, compliance, and legal teams to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
- Maintain working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws impacting physician recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing.
- Conduct regular audits of recruitment, preboarding, and onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate preboarding for physicians and faculty, including document verification, employment verification, I-9s, and compliance checks (OIG/GSA).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Manage communication and candidate support to ensure a positive recruitment and onboarding journey.
- Manage vendor relations, including sourcing partners, and background verification services.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, department chairs, faculty affairs) to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking candidate pipelines, recruitment progress, time-to-fill, and compliance outcomes.
- Scrub and analyze data for accuracy and prepare presentations for leadership.
- Provide insights on workforce planning, recruitment performance, and process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in TA, HR, healthcare or an academic setting required. Physician preboarding and onboarding experience required.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge of HR compliance regulations, onboarding processes, and employment law.
- Familiarity with Workday preferred and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills; ability to interpret dashboards and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Customer service focus with ability to ensure a positive candidate and leader experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment.
