Within the End User Services family, this role is a key member of the Identity and Access Management Team – ensuring that users have secure, compliant, and efficient access to the necessary resources while minimizing security risks and operational overhead.

As a key member of the team with a very strong technical background, the successful candidate is going to act as a Subject Matter Expert on the managed perimeter.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate in the design, development, and operation of the Identity Governance & Administration solution, including integration with application systems and cloud services.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain the consistency of assigned roles and permissions in the IAM system and downstream services, ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Assist in managing the patching process by supporting the introduction of releases, monitoring their implementation, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of SailPoint for tasks such as application onboarding, managing the Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes, and overseeing scheduled recertifications and orphan management.
  • Support the operations team, by providing technical guidance on SailPoint implementation, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams for effective identity lifecycle management and policy implementation.

Your Mission will be:

  • Design and Implement IAM Solutions and strategies with key stakeholders that align with the organization's requirements.
  • Manage Identity Services and Access Controls by overseeing identity services, directories, and access controls, while automating access and permission management processes wherever feasible to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough testing to assess the fit of IAM solutions within the organization, ensuring they comply with privacy, audit, and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in cybersecurity incident and vulnerability management as needed, ensuring seamless integration of IAM technologies within the broader cybersecurity framework.

Knowledge/Experience needed:

  • Successfully completed IT, technical, or security studies, training, or a comparable qualification.
  • Expertise in ITIL processes and industry best practices for service requests and fulfillment, applied to ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT/IAM, preferably in a leadership role, with expertise in RBAC, ICS control guidelines, JML processes, and other IAM processes.
  • Knowledge and experience with IAM and PAM technologies, including SailPoint, Okta, and CyberArk, in large and complex environments.
  • Experience with current cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their IAM integration, following best practices.
  • Proven experience in Level 2 Support.
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Java, or other languages).
  • Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
