Product Management is responsible for driving the overall user experience, feature strategies and concepts, and engagement paradigms for Disney Entertainment & ESPN's global portfolio of consumer-facing streaming and digital products.  If you've been searching for the right role for your internship, you've come to the right place. Join the Disney Streaming Search team and help our users find what they're looking for within the Disney+ app. You'll get the opportunity to impact our global audience by meeting the users where they are in their journey, giving them the tools they need to find the right content however they seek.  

You'll embed within the Search product team to support and drive the product lifecycle from ideation through launch. You'll gain hands-on experience collaborating with engineering, design, UX, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Under mentorship, you'll help define product vision, analyze data, and assist in delivering features that address an issue in the Search space.

What You Will Do:

• Use data to identify Search opportunities within the experience
• Help define product requirements, write user stories and PRDs
• Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers and QA to help deliver Search to new surface areas
• Support feature launch and internal communication

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of any data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teams.

Education:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related field.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:  

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants:  You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.  
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization 

Additional Information:

• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• Fully available from M-F, 40 hours each week for the entire program duration: May/June - August/September 2026 (12 weeks)
• Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in Seattle, WA and NY, NY is $42 per hour.
