Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.


Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.


Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.


Supports the planning and execution of projects and programs by utilizing operations expertise for the development, execution, and improvement of project and program initiatives; developing project and program strategies to achieve goals and business objectives; adjusting timelines, tasks, and resources allocations; overseeing, prioritizing, delegating, and managing work streams; prioritizing and ensuring resolution of critical issues; communicating and presenting information; managing stakeholder expectations; and developing and monitoring implementation.


Responds to resource or information needs by staying informed of business objectives, initiatives, and program or product launches; reviewing seasonal trends and historical data; developing and recommending processes to support business changes that minimize operational disruptions; and working with management to finalize and implement solutions.


Modifies and adjusts operations as required to meet service level agreements by monitoring systems; adjusting hourly associates daily work assignments to meet business needs; approving schedule changes and requests for time off for hourly associates in accordance with policy; and acting as the interim manager to resolve business critical and time-sensitive issues in the absence of the operations manager.


Identifies potential loss and risk in programs by monitoring customer contacts; reviewing audit reports and customer account adjustments; researching customer account inquiries to determine irregular activities; and reporting or escalating suspicious account activity.


Supports the development of initiatives by executing tactical procedures and process improvements; reviewing key performance indicators to inform and drive processes; building action plans to improve processes; collaborating with business partners; ensuring process changes meet guidelines and business needs; and consulting with leadership on business impacting process changes and performance results.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$124,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
