Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a work-linked (alternance) Master in Strategic Communication or Management and Digital Transformation in an Educational Establishment located in Belgium.

What will you do? Where does the role fit?
The project involves developing AR-based training modules for interactive learning, implementing a real-time support system for remote troubleshooting via HoloLens, and facilitating enhanced collaboration among remote teams through shared AR sessions.
You will:
Identify training scenarios by gathering training needs from various teams and identifying critical topics.
Define troubleshooting cases by collaborating with technical teams to catalog recurring issues requiring remote assistance.
Create content by developing interactive AR training modules, including step-by-step tutorials, process simulations, and practical exercises.
Select a pilot group by choosing a group of scientists and engineers to test the training modules and troubleshooting tools.
Handle feedback and improvement by collecting user feedback and making necessary adjustments to enhance the user experience.
Conduct a Train-the-Trainer program by training internal trainers on using HoloLens and creating AR content.
Establish technical support by creating a dedicated support team to assist HoloLens users as needed.
Establish a communication plan by creating a communication campaign to disseminate the information mentioned above.
What are we looking for?
Ability to identify training scenarios and define troubleshooting cases, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills learned through academic coursework.
Some experience or familiarity with content creation, showing creativity and technical proficiency.
Willingness to handle feedback and make necessary improvements, demonstrating excellent listening and communication skills.
Experience in creating a comprehensive communication plan, demonstrating written and verbal communication skills, possibly through previous academic projects.
Soft skills such as adaptability, resilience, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a rapidly changing technological environment.
