As a Principal UX Designer, you will be responsible for driving and implementing a Pan-Tax and Corporate AI design strategy across our most complex applications and problem spaces by partnering with our design team and product stakeholders. Throughout the product lifecycle you will work collaboratively across design, engineering, product management, documentation, and senior leadership.While delivering bar-raising experiences, you inherently look for ways to make complex experiences feel easy and intuitive, ensuring our customers are empowered to confidently move seamlessly between tasks. You comfortably make — and defend decisions while creating user-centered online experiences in an agile environment.
