Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, your typical day will involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code for multiple clients. You will engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring that the applications function optimally and meet client requirements. Collaboration with team members will be essential as you work towards delivering high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Primary Skill: Workday Core Integrations
Hands-on experience with Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core Connector, CCW, Document Transformation, Payroll Integrations (PECI & PICOF), RaaS, Web Service (SOAP/REST), APIs, XML/XSLT, PGP Key/Certificate, File Encryption/Decryption/signature and Document Delivery.
Analyzing production issues reported via Incident and providing solutions within SLA.
Supporting the existing integrations as well as creating new ones as per the requirements in the user story.
Co-ordinate with stake holders/Requesters/Vendors and other team members for testing, sign-off & other support required.
Creating ISU & ISSG and transferring the ownership of the integrations/reports/schedule to ISU.
Proactively updating the PGP Certificate/Key before expiry.
Objects/configuration package migration from one tenant to another tenant.
Creating a change request for deploying the solution in workday production tenant.
Actively participating in the daily standup & transparently communicating the updates/impediments with the clients.
Handling internal file transfer tools like MoveIT & Stonebranch for file reception/delivery.
Supporting call outs for P1 & P2 incidents when needed.
Understand on the Workday Release & help with validation for any impact.
Work independently with no/less supervision.
Preferred Skill:
Workday Studio
Basic SQL knowledge (MS SQL Server Management Studio)
