Your responsibilities

•  Be a part of Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team

• Managing CRM Operations

• Trouble shoot Issues with CRM

• Event Management, Database management and Analytics

• Handling CRM processes like cycle planning and addressing CRM issues through tickets sent to the team

• Support in data analysis and provide input

Your profile

• Fluency in English
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
• Graduating in Q3 2026 or later
• Education in Tech and Computer Science is preferable
• Proficiency in working with database
• Good command of excel, good communicator, team player, task oriented with good time management
