Project Role Description: Strong Technology background, Experience in leading teams/delivering projects in IT Transformation for Application Outsourcing & System Integration, Cloud Migration, Application Modernization is highly desirable. Individual should have contributed to RFP & RFI Responses. Should understand Techno-Functional aspects of Projects/Solutions and participated in Client Presentations. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs.
Must have Skills: Industry domain exposure in Products, Consumer Goods & Retail, Communication & Media, Hitech Domain, Financial Services. Should have at least one Technical domain expertise i.e. SAP, Oracle, Java, Microsoft. Ability to Solution multi-technology solutions. Agile Estimations & Delivery methodologies
Good to Have Skills: Experience in Sales Support/Solutioning small and medium deals related to App Modernization, Cloud Migration, Microservices, Automation, RPA, AI-ML
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute and manage the solution in response to a client requirement/RFP
2. Requirement Analysis & Requirement Fit Gap, Estimations, Staffing Plans, Schedules for Agile & Waterfall Solutions
3. Solution for small & medium technology transformation and Outsourcing deals working closely with Sales Teams.
4. Ability to create & present Project Financials to Delivery & Sales Leaderships
5. Participate in Client Orals, participate in Due Diligence workshops
6. Responsible for solutioning >10m USD upto 50m USD revenue size opportunitie
Technical Experience:
• Atleast one Foundational Certification in cloud AWS/Azure/GCP
• Industry/Platform Certifications
Professional Attributes:
• 12+ years of experience in IT industry, with minimum 7 years of technology consulting/solutioning/sales in Application Services system integration, outsourcing, cloud advisory experience
• Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills, Strong articulating capability Ability to influence, build relationship with clients and key stakeholders Structured, issue-based problem-solving approach
• Ability to understand client business and technology drivers- business IT alignment, IT Operating model and sourcing model dimensions
• Familiarity and prior experience ITIL / PMP/ COBIT/ TOGAF certified preferable, SG-AO
