Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Based Marketing Programmatic Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to driving our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts within the APAC region. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, managing agency relationships, and developing strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, with experience across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, 6sense, and other digital channels. They will bring strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance and will be comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic media plans for the APAC region, focusing on ABSM efforts (1:many)
Collaborate closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign goals and execution
Analyze data to provide clear insights and reporting on campaign performance, driving recommendations for optimization
Craft and manage content strategies tailored to the unique needs of advertising campaigns.
Assign audience segments, budgets, ad copy, and creatives for Paid Media campaigns targeting the APAC region
Lead the execution of ABSM campaigns, optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, form fills, and brand awareness
Actively participate in the strategic planning of campaign execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Deliver comprehensive reports on KPIs, providing insights on performance and areas for improvement
Ensure all campaigns uphold brand voice, tone, and objectives, while driving business results
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or other STEM-related fields
5+ years of experience in Paid Media Marketing, preferably within B2B marketing environments
Proven track record of running successful ABM campaigns
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, 6sense, Meta, and other relevant programmatic channels
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a creative mindset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
