Retail Operations Manager - Europe

Leeds (LS15) / Hybrid - Tues/Wed/Thurs in office 

The Retail Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the order-to-cash process for retail accounts throughout the UK and the EU. This individual will provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Retail Logistics team, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key retail partners. Furthermore, serving as the Operations Oracle super user, this role will lead initiatives stemming from system implementation, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.

  • Lead and support Retail Logistics Coordinators and Team Leaders
  • Coach and develop team for improved performance and accountability
  • Implement best practices for smooth retail logistics operations
  • Monitor key performance indicators for enhanced customer experience and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order process issues
  • Analyze operations for recommendations on improvement
  • Act as Oracle ERP business lead for system enhancement
  • Collaborate with IT and operations for testing new solutions
  • Provide technical support and training
  • Identify and implement strategic solutions for process inefficiencies
